The mission of College First Church of God is to
LOVE, EQUIP, and SEND people
in the name of Jesus Christ.

The Vision
The vision of CF is to become a future-oriented church by 2028 that will see 33% of our congregation made up of kids, students, and young adults. We desire to emphasize our ministry to those who are not here yet and to the emerging generations without compromising our ministry to anyone else. This requires three “musts” for us:
1. We must grow in our love and skill of mission and evangelism.
2. We must increase the resources and ministries aimed at kids, students, families, and young adults without decreasing the resources and ministries aimed at other generations.
3. We must pursue the development of leaders within our church now to lead us in the years to come.
We hold Psalm 102:18-20 to be the heartbeat of this vision:
“Let this be written for a future generation, that a people not yet created may praise the Lord: “The LORD looked down from his sanctuary on high, from heaven he viewed the earth, to hear the groans of the prisoners and release those condemned to death.”
